I personally feel like the map feels too small because of the constant loading screens from obscure areas and the maps aim for simplification for the quests
What map are you referring to?
The majority of maps in Vesteria have been reworked at one point or another, going from being either really small to being really large.
I don’t think just size makes a map good. We have had some really confusing map layouts which confused even experienced players like myself with navigation. Navigation isn’t a huge deal anymore thanks to the in-game map system but I’m still not in favor for maps with empty space if it isn’t being used effectively.
