Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Vesteria Community Forum at https://forum.playvesteria.com. The forum is operated by Vesteria, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the forum, you agree to follow these terms, the forum guidelines, and any moderation decisions made by Vesteria staff.
Account Login
Forum login is provided through the Vesteria authentication service at https://auth.playvesteria.com. That service may use Roblox account authentication and Vesteria account systems to verify who you are.

The forum does not need or store Roblox/Open Cloud credentials. Those credentials are handled by the Vesteria authentication service.
Vesteria Game and Account Data
The Vesteria Community Forum may receive Vesteria game/account data from Vesteria services, including data connected to your Roblox account and Vesteria gameplay. This may include gameplay stats such as playtime, fame, guild, character, badge, title, testing-realm, and staff/rank information.
Some gameplay stats may be displayed publicly on your forum profile, user card, or posts. For example, the forum may show public-facing Vesteria stats such as playtime, fame, guild, rank tags, testing-realm/VIP status, characters, titles, and badges.
Personal information, private account data, email addresses, IP addresses, moderation notes, security information, and internal/admin-only data are not intended to be shown publicly. Forum staff may use private/admin-only information for forum operation, moderation, safety, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and account support.
You can choose to hide your forum profile if you do not want public profile information and gameplay stats to be easily visible to other users.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the forum to break the law, harass others, impersonate others, spam, evade moderation, exploit the forum, or interfere with forum infrastructure.
Do not post personal information about yourself or others. This includes real names, addresses, phone numbers, private contact information, school information, account credentials, private messages, or other sensitive information. If you see personal information posted, report it to staff.
Do not publicly post economy-breaking exploits, security issues, or other sensitive abuse methods. Report those privately to forum staff.
Content and Conduct
You are responsible for the content you post. Keep posts respectful, appropriate, and relevant to the category where you are posting.
The Vesteria Community Forum may edit, hide, remove, or restrict content at its discretion. The Vesteria Community Forum may also warn, silence, suspend, remove forum access, or take other account action at its discretion, including for violations of these terms, forum guidelines, game rules, safety concerns, abuse, or behavior that harms the community.
Posting on the forum does not guarantee that forum staff will respond, that Vesteria, Inc. will implement a suggestion, that Vesteria, Inc. will investigate a report, or that content will be preserved indefinitely.
User Content
You keep ownership of content you submit, but by submitting, posting, or uploading content to the Vesteria Community Forum, you confirm that you own that content or otherwise have the rights needed to share it and grant these permissions.
You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, display, moderate, copy, store, process, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and market the Vesteria Community Forum, Vesteria, and related products and services. This includes the right to reuse forum posts, screenshots, images, videos, feedback, suggestions, and other user-uploaded or user-submitted content in marketing, promotional, social media, community, and other public-facing materials.
Removed content may remain in backups, logs, moderation records, or other internal systems for a limited time or as needed for safety, legal, operational, or moderation reasons.
Forum Availability
The forum is provided as-is. The Vesteria Community Forum may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue forum features at any time.
