Authentication
Forum login is provided through the Vesteria authentication service at https://auth.playvesteria.com. That service may use Roblox account authentication and Vesteria account systems to verify who you are.

The forum does not need or store Roblox/Open Cloud credentials. Those credentials are handled by the Vesteria authentication service.
Information We Collect
The forum may collect information you provide directly, such as your forum username, display name, posts, replies, uploads, likes, votes, reports, messages to staff, preferences, and email address.
The forum also collects technical and operational information, such as login/session information, IP addresses, device/browser information, request logs, security logs, moderation logs, and email delivery or verification information.
The Vesteria Community Forum may receive Vesteria game/account data from Vesteria services, including data connected to your Roblox account and Vesteria gameplay. This may include gameplay stats such as playtime, fame, guild, character, badge, title, testing-realm, and staff/rank information.
Public Information
Content you post publicly on the forum is public. Other users may see your posts, username, profile information, public badges, public rank labels, and public activity.
Gameplay stats may be displayed publicly on your forum profile, user card, or posts. For example, the forum may show public-facing Vesteria stats such as playtime, fame, guild, rank tags, testing-realm/VIP status, characters, titles, and badges.
You can choose to hide your forum profile if you do not want public profile information and gameplay stats to be easily visible to other users.
Private and Admin-Only Information
Personal information, private account data, email addresses, IP addresses, moderation notes, security information, internal logs, and internal/admin-only data are not intended to be shown publicly.
Forum staff may use private/admin-only information to operate the forum, verify accounts, provide support, investigate bugs or abuse, moderate content, enforce rules, prevent spam, protect safety, maintain security, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Do Not Post Personal Information
Do not post personal information about yourself or others on the forum. This includes real names, addresses, phone numbers, private contact information, school information, account credentials, private messages, or other sensitive information.
If personal information is posted, the Vesteria Community Forum may remove it and may take moderation or account action at its discretion.

Deleted posts, uploads, profile data, or account information may remain in backups, caches, logs, moderation records, or other internal systems for a limited time or as needed for safety, legal, operational, or moderation reasons.
