Skill Ideas For All Classes

I don’t really see any Topic’s abut this so i’m just gonna give like 10-20 skill ideas for all classes. Post your own in the comments

Also, i’de like it if we could switch sub-classes every 24-48 hours, so we can switch between like a support, tank, or other role to see their moves, or at least let us test every sub-class beforehand to test them all out and see what we want, and give us a stat reset in case we change our minds on the build we want, or a buyable stat reset scroll with tons of coins

Another thing is adding some kind of right/left mouse button combo attacks for warriors and hunters while they attack, and giving mages and archer sub-class an automatic/clickable range attack, because what’s the point of putting stuff into strength for the first 10 levels if you wanna be a mage, and also why would they even use melee, we can’t only use ranged attacks because of low mp (poly already had some ideas for this on my post about the Problem With Mage Class)

  1. Fireball - Every mage needs a fireball, it should be a higher level splash damage attack similar to magic bomb that has an over time flame dmg and much larger range, with monster size the magic bomb can only hit like 3 at once
  2. Chain Lightning - It’s like aoe but without having to aim, it automatically sends a blue or yellow bolt through 2 enemies, reaching up to 4-5 with skill points, seeing as it’s not based on the are and can only do 4-5 enemies it should have a higher damage
  3. Lightning Bolt - An attack from your hand or the sky, this attack is a single target attack that instantly reaches the enemy
  4. Ice Spikes/Earthquake - This is an attack that comes up from the floor, it shoots ice or ground spikes in a row dealing massive damage
  5. Arcane Ball - It’s just a really solid mana orb for single target enemies, maybe similar to magic bomb but without the splash
  6. Vine Grab/Electric Shot - Stuns the enemy for a while

Ultimate move: Death laser: A giant red laser that takes like 1k mana, obtained at max level, it does insane damage obliterating any small enemy, doing 1/5 of a giant/mini bosses health and a nice chunk of raid bosses
Black Hole: The best splash damage move in the game, creates a large black ball that slowly expands while sucking in monsters, it takes 1k mana as well and can clear out big areas in farming spots or used on boss minions

  1. Taunt - Warriors need some kind of move to get monsters attention, what’s the point of being a tank that doesn’t get damaged
  2. Spin - You spin in a 360 circle 5 times doing dps the whole time
  3. Shield/Defense up - Either gives you a shield or makes you shine with a magic barrier that doubles your defense/health, could also be used by mages (cleric/buff subclass) to give allies a shield
  4. Charge - You straight up just go bezerk and charge through a crowd of enemies
  5. War Scream - Either stuns the enemies in an area or gives you and people around you a buff of some kind

Ultimate Move: Mega Sword - You call on the almighty blade, excalibur, and it grows tenfold for a massive slash, decimating anything in front of you

  1. Invisibility - You go invisible for 10 seconds to escape from foes, or get a 5x dmg sneak attack
  2. Arrow rain - Exclusive to the archer sub class (if added) rains a ton of arrows from the sky, obviously doing splash damge
  3. Charge Shot - You pull back your bowstring as much as possible with a Steel tipped arrow, shooting a single target/peircing shot for massive damage
  4. Poison Knife - You hit the monster with a poison tipped knife, dealing damage over time
  5. Bear Trap - Set’s a bear trap, stuns the enemy for 5 seconds and does small damage

Ultimate Move: Seige Bow- You take out a huge Seige Ballista, (takes a while to cast) that does insane damage to a single target
Summon (insert animal here, like dragon or bear) - Summons a giant (insert animal here) to attack, lasts for about 30 seconds

Hunters Archer Sub-Class (If Added):
Double shot- Fire two shots for the price of 1 arrow, uses 20 mana.
Faster Firing- Increases attack speed to 150% of normal speed, uses 30 mana.

Both of these can be upgraded to be more mana efficient or even have bonus effects!

Another thing for the hunter class:
Track- Uses 25 mana, shows the nearest enemy. Can show more enemies the more you upgrade it.

A thought has just occurred to me:
With the addition of parties it seems as though working as a team will be very beneficial, and maybe the only option in some scenarios. This has brought to my mind certain skills to help, such as a mage being able to buff their teammate’s damage or defense, and a warrior being able to draw in aggro and take in the attacks, and maybe a hunter could help boost accuracy or critical hit chance in some way.

I understand that this may not be where this game is going but it would still be cool to see teamwork used to help bring players together, and strengthen the community. It would also change up some classes being overpowered and others being next to useless. As long as their is some sort of teamwork aspect besides, ‘Your in a party with so you get an xp increase’, I would be satisfied.

Well If You Are In A Multiplayer Game You Will Normally Want To Have A Mix Of Class, Such That Not Everyone Is The Same Class. Obviously Depending On The People Playing, They Could Get That Strategy To Work, But It Would Take A Long Time To Perfect Due To The Overlapping Roles.

All I’m Trying To Say Is Having A Mixture Of Classes/Roles Is Always The Best Thing To Do Useless 1 Role Is Incredibly Overpowered.

Yes, this was the idea with my ability ideas, it would allow players to have certain dynamics in the party, rather than just having a rag-tag group of people with the same class and similar stats, it would be more beneficial to the people who have at least 1 of each class.

Let’s break it down into Healer/Support, Tank, Melee DPS, And Ranged DPS

Every class should have at least 2 of these in my opinion.

Mage- healer/support, and ranged dps with splash and single target,

EDIT: I did hear that they want to add melee mage stuff so players can have diversity kinda things from Poly, so maybe mage could be melee dps too

Warrior- Tank, Melee DPS, and with the paladin support

Hunter- Melee DPS, Ranged DPS (archer) and possible some kind of stat booster/ support role, that’s a bit of a stretch

Now i did name 3 for each but that’s because of the sub class thing, i don’t know how it would be only 2 roles unless they were very similar, it’d be hard

i dont know why but it bugs me so much that you capitalized the first letter of every word

I’ve Mentioned This Multiple Times, As Well It Is On My Profile, Capitalising Every Word Helps Me Read Them.

It helps me too, i mean i can read them just fine but i actually prefer this… i’m just too lazy to type that way myself

I think the system they are making will be great for raids or working together for PVP. Such as fighting a boss with,

Warrior - Tank
Mage1 - Healer
Mage2 - DPS
Hunter - DPS
Healing or DPS depends on what gear and skills you decide to go with, but can both be possible with the same charcter, maybe like a Mage has two options, once they choose one, it will take a certain level or EXP to unlock the next path and start doing that path. Maybe, Lv 15 is the mages choosing point between magic types, at lv 45 you get to choose another path, and so on.

Berezaa actually confirmed 3 sub-classes for mage: One being an Elementalist (DPS), a Priest (Healer), and a third one I don’t remember. I’m not sure how they are implementing this, but it seems they are emphasizing working together.

The 3rd one is warlock which deals more curses and maybe even some DPS and not AP not sure but I hope they get a giant evil sword lol.

Renqueiz i personally think that’s the way it should be, but Berezaa (and maybe poly?) said they want every class to be very diverse, even saying they want a melee subclass for mage… pretty extreme, but it’s their game

I think that’d count as Support? Maybe.

Yeah, Hunter and Mage will be great different DPS’s like Mage will be special attacks that charges over a few seconds doing plenty of damage.

A hunter focuses on fast strike with shorter attack times but less damage,

a Warrior DPS will focus on Health alongside of DPS and damage resistance.

Lol mage skills = Hexaria in a nutshell

same for hunter moves too

I did play the hexaria when classes were a thing as a mage, the hunter stuff was just my imagination
